POLICY DETAILS
You can return your item 45 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Damaged Items
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
SHIPPING FEES
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Zszbace will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective.
We will refund the shipping fee through order.
RESTOCKING FEES
Zszbace does not charge restocking fees.

To return your purchase from Zszbace, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Zszbace will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Zszbace will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
