What to include in your message
- Product or sizing help: the product link, the size you are considering and the measurement requested by that product's size chart. Include the unit, such as inches or centimetres.
- Order or delivery help: your order number, a description of the issue and your tracking number if available.
- Refunds: your order number, the item involved and the reason for your request.
- A damaged or incorrect item: photographs of the item, packaging or label, if possible. If the form does not accept attachments, email them instead.
Please do not send a full payment card number, password or medical records. For sizing help, the measurements and product details are usually enough.
Delivery and refund information
Orders normally ship from Hebei, China. Estimated delivery is 10–25 calendar days from the order date, including preparation. See our Shipping Policy for costs, tracking and import-tax information.
You can request a refund within 45 days of receiving your item. Eligible requests do not require you to mail the item back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and the refund process.
