Can I compare pressure by the appearance of a sock?

No. Color, knit pattern and fabric thickness do not establish a pressure rating. If a specific mmHg range is important to your purchase, confirm it for the exact model and option before ordering.

  • Foot and leg coverage: Compare the cuff height, toe coverage and individual fit chart before choosing a pattern.

Size & Buying Questions

Which measurements matter for socks and sleeves?

Use the shoe-size scale and any ankle or calf measurements requested by the product. A footless sleeve uses its own chart. Check length as well as circumference; do not use one model's S/M or L/XL label as a universal size.

Can I use the same chart for the other styles?

Use each model's own chart. For example, Open-Toe Zip-Up Compression Socks uses this instruction: Measure the ankle at its narrowest point just above the ankle bone and the calf at its widest point. Compare both measurements. That measuring position should not be transferred to a different style unless its guide specifies the same method.

What should I check before adding to cart?

Confirm size, side where applicable, color and included quantity for the selected option. Gallery images can show more than one variation; compare the option details rather than assuming every pictured component is included.

Where can I check delivery and returns?

Review the shipping policy and the return terms linked on the product page before ordering. Delivery options depend on the item and destination. Contact us if you need help confirming a size or order detail.
