These terms explain how you can use zszbace.com and what to expect when placing an order. The store is independently operated from Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China under the ZSZBACE brand (“ZSZBACE”, “we”, “us” and “our”). Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order under the laws that apply to you. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details, and keep your account credentials private. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Do not use this website to commit fraud, infringe someone else’s rights, interfere with its operation, send malicious software or collect other customers’ information without authority.
Orders, payment and availability
Review the product, size, quantity, delivery address and order total before paying. Available payment methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation records the order we received. If stock is unavailable, a material listing error affects your order or a payment cannot be verified, we will contact you about the available options. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items and any applicable associated charges.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. We will not add an increased item price to an existing order without your agreement.
Product information and choosing a size
Use the description, measurements and size chart for the exact product and variant you intend to buy. Sizes can differ between styles. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how a color appears.
We aim to describe each product’s construction and intended use clearly. If information is missing or appears inconsistent, contact us before ordering. A listing mistake does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or do not match their description.
Product information and guides provide general shopping and use information. They are not an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. Follow the instructions supplied with your product and seek qualified advice if you are unsure whether a support product is appropriate for your circumstances.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Orders normally ship from Hebei, China, with estimated delivery in 10–25 calendar days from the order date, including preparation. Our Shipping Policy explains the $15 free-shipping threshold, the $5 standard shipping charge below that threshold, and the import charges we cover. To request an address change or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped or changed.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 45-day request window, eligibility, refunds without a physical return and the refund process. The applicable terms are those provided when you purchased, together with any mandatory consumer protections.
Reviews and feedback
Please share honest feedback based on your experience, and avoid including someone else’s private information or content you do not have permission to share. If you submit a review for publication, you give us permission to display that review with the display name you provide. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or unrelated submissions. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Website content and external services
Website text, photographs, graphics and branding belong to ZSZBACE or their respective rights holders. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. Other uses that require the rights holder’s permission must be authorized.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you visit or purchase from our store to provide platform and commerce services. Where Shopify Network Intelligence or related Enhanced Services are enabled for our store, Shopify may also process information from interactions with our store, other Shopify merchants and Shopify to provide those services. Your rights and resolving a problem
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, refunds or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you have a complaint, email support@zszbace.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and explain the next steps. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any complaint or dispute process available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use of the website. Updates will be dated above and will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
