Size Guide — measure before you choose
Compare the circumference range below with the fit of the torso fastening band shown in the product photos. Keep the tape level and check shoulder comfort as well as band fit. These are this model’s listed ranges; they are not trouser sizes.
The original guide labels this measurement “waist,” while the product band sits below the chest. If your navel and band-level measurements differ, send us both before ordering so we can confirm the correct reference point. The chart leaves gaps between 31–32 in and 39–40 in; do not assume those gaps are covered.
| Size | Listed circumference (in) | Listed circumference (cm, approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| XS/S | 25–31 | 63.5–78.7 |
| M | 32–39 | 81.3–99.1 |
| L/XL | 40–47 | 101.6–119.4 |
The inch ranges match this model’s guide. Centimeter values are approximate conversions. Do not round your measurement into a different size.
If your measurement is at a boundary, falls between listed ranges or does not match your torso length, contact us before ordering with the product name, measurement and size you are considering. Do not assume another model uses the same sizing.

An upper back posture brace with a mesh rear panel, adjustable shoulder loops and a front chest band that fastens below the bust. The black design includes blue shoulder-strap details. It concentrates contact around the upper torso, leaving the broad waist coverage of a lumbar belt out of the design.
This is a practical shape to compare for shoulder and upper-back posture feedback during reading, laptop work or light daily tasks. The chest band helps hold the support in place, so it must fit comfortably when you breathe, sit and reach. It is an important measurement point, not just a fastening detail.
Design & Support Area
- Upper-back focus: A connecting mesh panel and shoulder loops provide upper-torso contact.
- Chest-band fastening: Hook-and-loop tabs adjust the overlap below the bust.
- Sizes and color: XS/S, M and L/XL; black with blue shoulder-strap details.

Shoulder support versus lumbar support
Upper-back muscle fatigue and low-back symptoms call for different coverage choices. If you mainly want shoulder posture feedback, this chest-band layout may be a useful option to compare. If the contact you want is around the waist, start with a lumbar belt instead. Persistent upper-back pain still needs its cause assessed; changing the support position alone cannot identify it.

Fitting & Daily Care
Follow the supplied fitting instructions, center the back section and keep the straps flat. Check comfort sitting and standing rather than only in front of a mirror. A smooth, thin base layer can help reduce rubbing when the instructions allow it. Keep the support and skin dry, and inspect seams and closures for damage.
Follow the care label for washing and drying; do not assume the support components are removable or that the brace is machine washable. Our back-brace fitting and adjustment tips cover practical comfort checks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I measure for this chest-band design?
Measure around the torso where the front band sits below the bust, then confirm the range for XS/S, M or L/XL. Check shoulder-loop comfort as well. Do not substitute waist or jeans size for the chest-band measurement.
Does the band provide lower-back support?
The band sits higher than a typical lumbar belt and helps anchor the upper-back section. This model focuses on the upper back and shoulders; it does not provide broad waist-level coverage for the lower back.
What if the band feels fine but the shoulder loops rub?
Reposition and loosen the shoulder loops, smooth the clothing beneath them and check that the panel stays centered. Do not tighten the front band to compensate. A different size or strap layout may fit your shoulders better.
Can I wear it during desk work?
Try it during an easy seated task and make sure the chest band allows normal breathing and arm movement. Combine the posture cue with a comfortable screen position and regular changes of position rather than holding the shoulders back all day.
Can I sleep in this posture corrector?
Do not assume a daytime posture support is suitable for overnight wear. Follow the product instructions; if you need sleep support for a diagnosed condition, ask your care team which brace and wearing schedule are appropriate.
